Work on BLAST Gene WS
Go to www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
On the top blue bar is resources
Under resources find basic BLAST
Under BLAST choose nucleotide BLAST
Copy the sequence from this site of 4 genes (except gene 1)
Click on the letter G
Copy the description of the disease caused by mutations in this gene.

Did you follow your diet plan for all four weeks? Why or why not? Predict your nutritional state in terms of nutrients

Your lab notebook should now have 4 weeks of meals recorded in it
Work on your food analysis
Put in a week at a time
Go to NAT2.0http://www.myfoodrecord.com/mainnat.html
For some foods you will have to come as close as you can
Try to be accurate on amounts. When you are done do the long nutrient analysis
Save your analysis
Then copy and paste your results in Excel
When all four weeks are in Excel make a line graph
